Refund Policy

Modern Hair Club ("Modern Hair Club," "we," "our," or "us"), is committed to providing high‑quality education, training, and professional resources while also being fair and transparent with our clients and students. This Refund & Rescheduling Policy explains how payments, deposits, refunds, and rescheduling are handled.
1. General Policy Philosophy
Our programs require upfront preparation, including ordering professional kits, reserving training space, preparing materials, and allocating instructor time. For this reason, certain portions of payments are non‑refundable. At the same time, we aim to be reasonable and flexible whenever possible.
2. Deposits (Non‑Refundable)
All training programs, courses, and certifications require a non‑refundable deposit.
The deposit covers:

Hair replacement kits and tools
-
Printed training materials and reference books
-
Course preparation and administrative costs
Once a deposit is paid, funds may be immediately used to purchase materials and reserve your training spot. For this reason, deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
3. Additional Payments & Refund Eligibility
Any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@modernhairclub.com

Refund requests must be received no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled training date

Refund requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled training date are not eligible for a refund

Refund requests must be made before materials have shipped or training has commenced, whichever occurs first
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
Refunds do not include:

Deposit amounts
-
Materials already ordered or shipped
-
Training already attended (in full or in part)
4. Rescheduling Policy (Preferred Option)
We strongly encourage rescheduling instead of cancellation whenever possible.

One (1) complimentary reschedule is allowed with reasonable notice

Rescheduled sessions must be completed within a timeframe determined by Modern Hair Club

Deposits will carry over to the rescheduled training
Failure to attend a scheduled training without notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and any additional payments.
5. No‑Show Policy
If a participant fails to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice:

The deposit will be forfeited

Additional payments may be forfeited depending on materials and preparation already completed

Rescheduling may not be guaranteed
6. Client Services & Referrals
For client referrals to independent specialists:

Modern Hair Club does not directly provide hair replacement services

Any payments made directly to specialists are subject to the specialist’s individual refund policy

Modern Hair Club is not responsible for refunds related to services performed by third‑party specialists
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Modern Hair Club may result in:

Immediate termination of access to training materials

Revocation of certification (if applicable)

Permanent restriction from future programs
8. Policy Updates
Modern Hair Club reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Rescheduling Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
